Awards
The following awards have been offered by GEOBIA 2012:
a) Abdul Haleem Syed received the "best student paper award" for his work under the title "Encoding of topological information in multi-scale remotely sensed data: Applications to segmentation and object-based image analysis".
b) Frieke Van Coillie, received the "best paper award"s for her work under the title "Directional local filtering assisting individual tree analysis in closed forest canopies using VHR optical and LiDAR data".
