About the testimonials and photos
1. The participant allows and authorizes the disclosure, publication and permanence of their testimonial and/or photos on the website
http://www.inpe.br/50anos/ also printed material related to INPE's anniversary.
1.1. The participant states accept and agree to the rules set forth herein.
1.2. The participant is entirely responsible for their testimonial content.
2. All testimonials can be moderated.
2.1. INPE reserves the right to publish, not publish or suppress the testimonials and/or photos that do not fulfill these conditions.
2.2. INPE cannot change any statement content without the author consent.
3. None testimonial will be published automatically.
3.1. Each participant will receive a notification about the content approval or disapproval, by e-mail address provided at registration.
4. Statements that will be disapproved:
4.1. Which may cause harm to others, whether by defamation, libel or slander, property and/or moral damage or containing inappropriate, obscene, pornographic or profanity (swearing) terms;
4.2. Containing data (messages, information or images) of any subliminal seals inserted in these conditions;
4.3. Containing data or information which constitutes or may constitute a crime or misdemeanor;
4.4. That constitutes aggression against the freedom of belief and religion;
4.5. Containing racist or discriminatory data or information;
4.6. That violates Brazilian law;
4.7. That intends to disclose any product or service with commercial purpose;
4.8. That does canvass or disclose opinion for or against a candidate;
4.9. That is protected by copyright;
4.10. Containing meaningless text or not constituting a testimonial;
4.11. Are considered inappropriate.
5. The photo upload is not required.
5.1. The image must refer to the testimonial content.
6. Photos will be disapproved:
6.1. If it shows individuals that seems to be younger than 18 years.
6.2. If it shows animals, obscene and/or have inappropriate content.
